Do you write and design the posts, or do we?

We do both. We have in-house designers for static and motion work, and we write in your tone of voice. If you have your own photography or a creative team, we'll work with what they produce.

Will we see posts before they go out?

Yes. Posts are planned in advance, and you approve them before anything is published.

How much does social media management cost?

From £400 a month. The price depends on how many channels you need and how often you want to post.

Is this the same as paid social advertising?

No. This service is organic posting on your own channels. Paid social, meaning adverts you pay Meta to show, is part of our PPC service.

Will social media bring in sales?

Sometimes, but that isn't its main purpose. Organic social keeps your brand visible between visits and enquiries, and reassures people checking you out before they buy. If you need measurable sales quickly, paid ads and email are better suited.

Can you set up templates and leave the posting to us?

Yes. For Fun Cases we built a set of social and email templates as part of their rebrand, so that everything their team makes uses the new look.
