We look after Shopify and WordPress sites for a fixed monthly fee. Every plan covers updates, backups and monitoring. WordPress plans include your hosting, and Shopify plans include time each month for changes. Plans start at £55 a month and run month to month.
Plans and prices
Prices are per month. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it, and they all run month to month.

For sites that don't change often and need hosting, updates, backups and security looked after.

For sites that need regular checks on speed, broken pages, forms and checkout on top of the updates.
Everything in Essential, plus
£250 a month
For busy sites that need a server of their own and closer attention to search and analytics.

Hosting is part of every WordPress plan: shared hosting on Essential and Growth, a dedicated server on Priority.
No dev time is included. These plans look after the site, so any change you ask for is charged at £80 an hour and quoted before the work starts.
Bigger sites that need more than 5 hours a month usually suit a larger retainer. Most of those clients keep us on for 2 to 6 days a month, with no lock-in. Get in touch about a larger retainer

How it works
We get access to the site, set up backups and uptime monitoring, and make a note of anything that needs fixing first. For a site we didn't build, this starts with an onboarding check.
We run the updates and checks in your plan, then look over the site afterwards to make sure everything still works.
Email us what you need. On a Shopify plan we log the time against your monthly allowance and tell you before a job goes over what you have left. On a WordPress plan we quote the work at £80 an hour before we start.
Each month you get a short report listing what we updated, what we checked, anything we fixed and how much time was used.

Most small jobs you'd ask a developer for: editing text and images, adding a page from an existing template, new banners, small layout changes, setting up a plugin or app, and fixing bugs. On a Shopify plan these come out of your monthly time. On a WordPress plan they're charged at £80 an hour, quoted before we start. Bigger pieces of work, like a new section of the site or a custom feature, we'll quote for separately.
