We look after Shopify and WordPress sites for a fixed monthly fee. Every plan covers updates, backups and monitoring, plus a set amount of time each month for changes. Plans start at £80 a month and run month to month.

Unused time doesn’t roll over to the next month. Work beyond your plan’s time is charged at £80an hour, and we’ll check with you first.

Bigger sites that need more than 5 hours a month usually suit a larger retainer. Most of those clients keep us on for 2 to 6 days a month, with no lock-in. Get in touch about a larger retainer

How it works

What happens each month

  1. Setting up

    We get access to the site, set up backups and uptime monitoring, and make a note of anything that needs fixing first. For a site we didn't build, this starts with an onboarding check.

  2. Each month

    We run the updates and checks in your plan, then look over the site afterwards to make sure everything still works.

  3. Asking for changes

    Email us what you need. We log the time against your monthly allowance, and we'll tell you before a job goes over what you have left.

  4. Your report

    Each month you get a short report listing what we updated, what we checked, anything we fixed and how much time was used.

Bigger pieces of work, like a new section of the site or a custom feature, we'll quote for separately before we start.
